Flying Probe Testers

The TK-2 from Emerix is a Dual Head Flying Probe Tester that supports PCB size of up to 670 x 670 mm. It has a new design of X-Y-Z with high-speed controllers and ensures mechanical stability for long time. This probe tester is fixtureless and has a new board clamping mechanism. It comes with an easy-to-use software and includes a faulty location alert indicator.
