Hanwha SM485P – Smart Hybrid Pick & Place Machine

The Hanwha SM485P is a high-precision, multi-functional hybrid pick & place machine designed for modern SMT assembly. It reliably places both standard surface-mount (SMD) components and various odd-type or insert components with a placement speed of up to ~12,000 CPH (optimum) and robust accuracy. The machine uses a 4-spindle gantry with multiple vision cameras to ensure precise alignment and component handling across a wide size range.

• Hybrid capability to mount SMD, through-hole, radial, and odd-shaped components.

• Precision vision alignment using multiple small and wide cameras.

• Support for large and tall components (up to ~44 mm with option).
